A typical Milano home with multi-level spaces, wooden ceiling & attic rooms looking into a common courtyard. The proposal involves splitting the single home into two habitable homes increasing its functions and usability keeping in mind the primary requirements of any prospective user.

As per the client's brief, the intervention was minimal by retaining the existing spaces and the essence of this historic home.
